Fine lake views from my room but the stairs were a real workout!

The suite featured amazing views of the lake from a private balcony. The unique decor and charm made for an inviting and nice atmosphere.
The hotel sits on a steep hill, especially with luggage at high altitude. My room got really cold at night, needing two space heaters, and gaps in the door allowed insects to get in. I encountered around 20 ants and 3 spiders. There was no reliable hot water for two days, with the shower pressure being weak, only a few holes in the showerhead allowed any water out.

we truly enjoyed this staying. had a memorable stay for a visit to isla del sol, everything was wonderful. the staff was wonderful and the owner too. the location was marvellous and good, just next door to the restaurant that's close to las olas, the lake titicaca and la cupula's garden next door.

Martin, the host, is fantastic. The view from our suite was amazing, and the cozy wood-burning stove was a nice touch. Just a heads-up-those stairs can be a workout with the altitude!

Trendy boutique hotel, it offers free breakfast and tidy and absolutely stunning rooms. The property's location is stunning and the staff are really kind and nice. There is nearby Mcdonald's to grab some food for the dinner.

The unique design and cozy ambiance made my stay nice, especially enjoying my morning coffee on the balcony while watching the resident alpacas grazing nearby.
The bathroom hot water pressure was inconsistent, making it a bit frustrating after a long day of exploring.

The unique design and cozy ambiance created a nice stay.
I was frustrated with the inconsistency of hot water in the bathroom. Some nights, it was barely warm. The shared living space felt overcrowded during breakfast, contributing to a less enjoyable experience overall.

Fine views from the suite, where I enjoyed sunset moments with a glass of wine in hand while watching alpacas roam nearby. The powerful solar shower was a welcome touch after a day of exploring. The trek back from the bus station was challenging uphill, especially with luggage, and the lack of consistent hot water was frustrating. Although there were kitchen facilities, I missed having meals on-site to fully enjoy the ambiance.
